Obama takes aim at Fox News and so-called ‘Teabaggers’

In my very first blog posting I took David Gregory to task for spreading the falsehoods regarding the Tax Day Tea Parties, which was promoted almost entirely by Fox News Corporation and Dick Armey’s FreedomWorks, as I discussed in a follow-up, multi-part article.

Today Obama spoke directly to their criticism:

It’s ironic he would directly address the issue, but he’s riding a wave of approval and with the defection of Senator Arlen Specter from the GOP to the Democratic party has possibly emboldened him to speak up knowing he & his party are on a roll.

    Not entirely true as we are used to from him, 1/2 or less truths. the deficit goes much farther back the Bush.. And the spending is a major problem!
